Hack for Good
Hack for Good is a community-focused event for developers. This 12-hour hackathon will provide developers the opportunity to collaborate on a project of choice that will benefit the community. Several project options will be provided (along with needed information) or developers can work on their personal projects. Event cost is $15 to cover food and any amount left over will be donated to United Way.
Participants will be presented with project options that will benefit the community or can choose to work on personal projects! After time to hear about the overall project goals, developers will form teams, come up with a game plan and start creating! You can come as a team or come alone and meet new people. At the end of 12 hours, each team will have 5-10 minutes to present what they have created and potentially have their project become implemented in the community.
