Hachette’s Book Club Brunch: A Day for Readers

Hachette Book Group’s Editorial Panel features a look behind the curtain at the world of publishing, featuring: Judy Clain (VP and Editor-in-Chief, Little, Brown & Company)as moderator; Alvina Ling (Executive Editorial Director, Little, Brown Books for Young Readers); Stacy Creamer (Editorial Director, Hachette Books); and John Parsley (VP, Executive Editor, Little, Brown & Company).
The Narrative Nonfiction Panel will be moderated by Deb Futter (VP, Editor-in-Chief, Grand Central Publishing and Publisher, Twelve) and features: Maureen Corrigan (author of SO WE READ ON); Barbara Ehrenreich (author of LIVING WITH A WILD GOD); Sam Kean (author of THE TALE OF THE DUELING NEUROSURGEONS).
The Literary Fiction Panel will be moderated by Reagan Arthur (SVP, Publisher, Little, Brown & Company) and features: Edan Lepucki (author of CALIFORNIA); Joshua Ferris (author of TO RISE AGAIN AT A DECENT HOUR); Jean Hanff Korelitz (author of YOU SHOULD HAVE KNOWN).
Day of events closes with a Special Book Club discussion with debut author Christopher Scotton, author of the forthcoming novel, THE SECRET WISDOM OF THE EARTH. All attendees will receive an advance copy of the novel to read before the event. The book club discussion will be moderated by Brian McLendon (Associate Publisher, Grand Central Publishing).
