Gymnasts are known for enduring a rigorous routine to be in the best shape for their events. Elite Gymnast Beau Ioana will show you different techniques in full body strength conditioning that will not only get you stronger, lose weight, get fit, increase your stretching ability and flexibility, but will also teach you the proper body positions to do them and have them effectively get you the best development and results of your body. This seminar will benefit ALL Movers, Martial Artists, Dancers, Gymnasts, Stunt people, FreeRunners, Cheerleaders, Sports Athletes: Football, Baseball, Soccer, etc.
This is a 2 day event on Saturday Feb 23rd (3pm-4:30pm) and Sunday Feb 24th (1:30pm-3pm) so attend one day or take advantage and do both days at our special low rate! Reserve your space as soon as possible and see you there! All Levels are Welcome!

Beau Ioana is an Elite Gymnastics Instructor that trained under World Champion in Rings Coach Dan Grecu for over 15 years. He has won several National, International, and European Championships such as: 1998 Romanian National Champion (joined Junior National team), 1999 International and European Champion with the Romanian Team, 2000 International Champion (Competition in Nederlands), 2000 German National Champion for Nation Wide Schools, 2002 2nd place German National Championships Vault, stunt doubled for movies such as ‘Peaceful Warrior’ and ‘Van Helsing’, as well as trained several NBA Players, NFL, Pro Gymnasts, Pro Athletes, MMA Fighters, and Actors.
