In today’s world of competitive Crossfit, absolute mastery of moving your own bodyweight - including but not limited to handstand walking, muscleups, and L-sits - is not merely expected, it’s required of any athlete that hopes to achieve success as an Advanced-level Crossfitter.
Join Crossfit Center City for a daylong Gymnastics seminar with USAG Level 10 Gymnast, nationally competitive 53kg Olympic Lifter and competitive Crossfitter Samantha Wright. This comprehensive seminar will address perfect positioning movements such as muscle-ups, kipping pullups, handstand pushups, L-sits and handstand walking, all likely to appear in competitive Crossfit. You will also learn appropriate progressions to help the coach and the athlete alike achieve these skills in a safe and effective way, as well as ways to address these movements with respect to any injuries or limitations you may have.
All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend - from beginners to advanced-level competitors to Coaches. You’ll receive individualized attention that addresses your needs, along with video review and ways to properly cue and correct your form.
