Beth Wiles has been a Health Educator for over a decade and is a Certified Holistic Health Coach. Her passion is educating the public about the extreme importance today in building up a healthy gut ‘microbiome’.
A multitude of health issues are signs of an imbalance, such as: seasonal allergies, food allergies/sensitivities, constipation, diarrhea, gas, bloating, auto-immune disease, depression, asthma, chronic fatigue syndrome, leaky gut, ADD/ADHD, autism, cancer, susceptibility to colds/flu, and much more.

Beth Wiles, CHHC
Beth Wiles has been passionate about natural and alternative health since she was in high school 37+ years ago.
Beth enjoys educating others and feels it is her responsibility to share her knowledge and experience. Beth graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Health Coach in December, 2011.
She has personal experience with the GAPS Diet (Gut And Psychology Syndrome Diet), Nourishing Traditions way of food preparation, the Paleo lifestyle, the raw food diet, and much more. She specializes in digestive health and brain health. Beth has been a Real Food Advocate for decades and loves to help women create in the kitchen.
Beth had a radio show Let's Get Real with Beth Wiles: Where Real People Talk About Real Food and It's Impact on Health on Blog Talk Radio from December 2011 through April 2012.
Beth was featured on a motherhood/parenting website radio show back in January 2012 for a 30-minute interview, featuring her talk Nourishing Traditions, GAPS Diet, Gut Health & Healthy Babies. The show has gone viral with over 11,000 downloads of the recording (to listen, click on title).
Beth is happily married and is the mother of 3 grown children and has one grandchild. Beth loves spending time with her family, watching Colts games, cooking, gardening, researching, and teaching others.
