You will be reintroduced to the more familiar grains of wheat, barley, oats, triticale and rye. Learn how to grow, thresh, winnow, mill, cook and eat all of these. To better understand their importance to society, learn the history and ancestral stories of these grains. —Class includes break with special samples of homemade bread, grain salad and muffins, made from Golden Rule-grown grains.
