What is the talk about?

It's not easy to scale a company that is undergoing hypergrowth. How do you attract and retain the best talent? How do you scale culture while keeping the spirit of the company intact? How do you move fast while ensuring product consistency? How do you build great infrastructure while fixing your current one? This talk will focus on sharing experiences that Aditya has gained while working in Silicon Valley.
