I want to create an event for people dealing with anxiety and panic disorders. We can get together and talk. People who are new to anxiety are encouraged to come as well as people who have been coping with this for some time. I myself have my anxiety mostly under control and would love to get advice from others as well as advise some who need help. No judgement will be accepted! This is an open an accepting group, getting together in a casual environment to socialize and talk.
I intend to have these events regularly if interest is there.
If attendance gets to a high enough level, I will consider organizing higher level events.
