Meet at the Sea Witch Tavern, where you will check in with your tour guide, Andrea, and receive your coupon for a free beer, wine, or well drink, and a burger. Once the group has gathered, head to Green-Wood Cemetery (a five-minute walk from the bar), a stunning Victorian-era gravesite that boasts beautiful monuments and unusual stories. Unearth the hidden tales of this Brooklyn treasure as you discover the lives of those who inhabit the site, from renowned figures to fascinating forgotten characters. As you stroll, soak up the natural beauty of the landscape and visit stunning statuary throughout the cemetery.
After the tour, head on back to the Sea Witch and enjoy your snack and drink -- you'll be hungry after all that walking!
PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE SEA WITCH AT 1:45 SO WE CAN START WALKING TO THE CEMETERY AT 2:00.
