The theme for this month's cooking class is Tex Mex! Join Green Vegetarian Cuisine® Chef Mike and Bakery Chef Cece on Wednesday, August 28, 6:30 p.m. in the CIA Cooking Class Kitchen, 312 Pearl Pkwy, 2nd Floor.
Mike and Cece will demonstrate how you can make great TexMex food without the lard and grease.
All dishes prepared will be vegan. All recipes used can be prepared vegetarian or vegan.
During the class you'll receive a four course meal, drink and recipes.
Seating is limited.
