Please join us for the 4th annual Great Cloth Diaper Change on April 26, 2014.
Congratulations and thanks to all 2013 Great Cloth Diaper Change participants and supporters!! Guinness World Records verified that we broke the record… the new world record is 8,301 cloth diapers changed at one time at 182 qualifying locations in 15 countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Chile, Germany, Spain, Finland, Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, United States!
This year we are getting together again for cloth diaper awareness and to try to break our previous record. We are trying for a more centralized Columbia, SC location and will be at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. As is with parking in the city, arrive early to find a spot and to not miss out on the festivities. This year we will be having a Natural Baby Expo around the Diaper Change, so bring the family for a fun filled time.
Please consider a donation to the Real Diaper Association (RDA) when you sign up for your spot. The RDA has organized all of the individual city events over the years for the GCDC. The Real Diaper Association is a collective non-profit organization in which parents and small businesses take the lead in creating a cultural shift to increase the use of simple, reusable cloth diapers. Cloth diapers are real diapers. The Association organizes local advocates to reach users face-to-face with knowledge and tools to make cloth diapering accessible and acceptable to parents, who have the power to change the world one baby at a time.
Arrive by 10:30 to be counted for the Guinness World Record!
Please bring a blanket for your baby's comfort during the change.
Please register today to reserve your free t-shirt!
