Welcome to the
2012 Great Arizona Beer Festival!
The 2012 Great Arizona Beer Festival is the Southwests' longest running craft beer tasting event. It also boasts the greatest variety of craft beers. Each year, more than 225 craft beers are available for sampling. No other craft beer event in Arizona enjoys this kind of variety - although our sister festivals at azbeer.com come close!
One reason for it's success is that the event is a charity event, supporting Sun Sounds of Arizona - a reading and information access service for people who are blind, visually impaired, or otherwise unable to read print because of a disability. More than 49,000 Arizona residents benefit from this free service every year.
When you come to the Great Arizona Beer Festival, you will find more than 65 brewers, 200-plus beers, food from local restaurants, and live entertainment all in a beautiful City of Tempe park. Take your time and meet the brewers at their tent. Learn how they craft their particular taste into their beers and find out where you can buy it after the festival!
The brewers of Arizona and the southwest donate their beers for the event, meaning that every penny of proceeds goes back to Sun Sounds.
