Looking for a delicious and educational way to spend your Saturday? Join us on an interactive self-guided walking tour of the Granville Island docks, market seafood vendors, and more!
We have joined the 7th annual Winterruption Festival to spotlight all of the ocean-friendly resources on the island. Meet local fishermen and culinary experts who will share tips and techniques for shopping and preparing sustainable seafood dishes at home.
In conjunction with the Sustainable Seafood Walking tour, the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is offering two free cooking demonstrations and seafood samplings! Please email the event contact person if you want to participate in the 11AM or 1PM demos - there are only 50 spaces for each timeslot.
