Let our raw food chef show you how to keep the life force energy in you and your food. We will also be teaching you a water kefir recipe to use in your smoothie instead if basic water. Dawn Wolfe-Hamilton is a double-certified Advanced Raw Food Chef through Creative Health Institute and Alissa Cohen’s “Living on Live Food” Program. Dawn is committed to a plant-based diet and as a result has overcome debilitating symptoms of Celiac’s Disease (a severe gluten allergy) her other previous health issues, discontinued medications, and lost weight. She became an active raw foodie promoting healthy food choices and exercise to empower others to make positive changes and fall in love with their life.
