Join Chef Samantha Buyskes in the comfort of her home as we explore Grains and Greens to nourish your soul.
This class will explore the benefits that powerful greens like kale and collards can bring to your diet. Along with the balance of whole grains, free range proteins and decadently spiced dessert. We will prepare and dine on at least 5 dishes and explore how some of our locally produced ingredients pair with wonderful wines from the Finger Lakes Region.
