Description: This class will help you build confidence, flexibility and concentration via basic yoga postures. Class begins with a slow warm up along with variations on sun salutations. There will be slow detail-oriented instruction where the alignment of poses is addressed in a manner to encourage overall well-being and safety in the practice, as well as expression of the heart. Classes include an engaging flow of postures, demonstrations, individual adjustments and modifications. Breath work, meditation and relaxation included. Classes are light-hearted and often infused with laughter. All levels welcome and encouraged. Men, this means you, too! Bring a yoga mat and water bottle.

Anticipated cost: $10/class or $50 for all six classes if paid-in-full in advance AT THE CLASS.
Leader: Kristen Fenton a Samadhi Center-trained certified yoga teacher, practicing for over 15 years. She specializes in injury prevention, rehab and overall strengthening and flexibility for all levels of practice. She has taught yoga for executives, healthcare providers, post-operative patients, amateur and professional athletes.
