Government and/or nonprofit employers will be available for networking, information, or hiring opportunities for a wide variety of entry level to experienced positions.
Description for Students:
DePaul University is partnering with several area universities to sponsor the 2013 Government and Non-profit Career Information Fair.
Students and alumni of all experience levels are encouraged to attend to learn about careers in government agencies and non-profit organizations.

The event will kick off with a presentation from Vicki Berlanga from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management from 11am - 12pm. Her presentation: "Finding and Applying for Jobs in the Federal Government" will include a live demonstration of important websites including USAJOBS.GOV, OPM.GOV, and USA.GOV. She will also provide tips on how candidates can enhance their job search, educate themselves more about the federal hiring process, and improve their changes for consideration.
Registration is now open.
Job-seekers who are not affiliated with a participating school may attend for a $5 entry fee.
Pre-registration will be available until Friday, April 5th and is greatly appreciated. Registration is also available onsite the day of the event in room 120. (Student ID for participating schools required for free admission).
