Event Details

People often make a distinction between cooking and baking.  We tend to agree. In this class, we'll hone our baking skills from the beginning of the meal to the end.

Foccacia - The classic soft and herby bread is so easy to make, but dissappears, so you'll be making this often.

Spanikopita - A delicious way to get your vegetables.  The addition of feta cheese makes these triangle puffs irresitable.

Meat Loaf - Herbs and spices combine to flavor our loaf and just the right amount of bread crumbs and eggs keep it moist.  A true comfort food.

Roasted Rutabaga and Kolrabi - These root vegetables are gaining a resurgence in the past few months.  By roasting them, we'll draw out a bit of the natural sugars and let them caramelize slightly.

Rustic French Apple Tart - We can be flexible with the fruit, but once you get the crust down it should be a go to favorite.

Cost is $85 for a single class or $300 for the series.
