Event Details

Lets focus on the classics.  The Joy of Cooking is full of techniques that, when properly followed, will yield fantastic results.

Chicken Liver Pate - If you buy your chickens whole you probably get a packet of gizzards, hearts and liver that you might just toss out.  We'll show you how to create a delicious pate thats a great starter.

Tomato Soup - Full of flavor and the addition of cream makes this recipe seem overly decadent.

Steak Diane - A dish thought named for the Greek Goddess of Hunting, this simple dish draws flavor from the flambe.

Tourneu of Potatoes - They say that dining is 80% visual and we tend to agree.  By simply preparing these potatoes with a paring knife they are stunning and cooking them properly makes them delicious.

Butterscotch Pudding - Pudding does not come from a box.  It comes from carefully combining sugar, cream and eggs together.  We'll create a version with slightly caramelized sugar.

Cost is $85 per class or $300 for the series.
