With great pleasure Random_Discord Productions presents both the God Module show in Chicago (Sunday, March 14) and the show in Columbus, OH (Friday, March 19).
Chicago, the home of industrial music in the United States of America, is a city we will always be akin to. Chicago was the longterm home of the legendary Wax Trax Records, and still the home of some of the greatest industrial bands in this country. Two of these bands Defcon (performing in Chicago) and The Gothcicles (performing in Columbus) are both from The Windy City, and will open for God Module for these two special shows. The venue in Chicago, Kinetic Playground, is the perfect venue for such a electro industrial style show. It is modern, clean, spacious, and has recently installed all new lighting, amazing sound, and FREE parking in the rear. (that's something in Chicago)
Columbus, OH, home of the biggest college campus in the country (OSU), is special in it's own right. with a rich culture in dark music dating back to the 1980s and the home of some great industrial bands itself. The venue, The Outland on Liberty, is the reopened venue by the original owners of the legendary Outland. The venue is specacular and is a centerpiece for the Midwest gothic and industrial scene. For those who have not visited, this show will be a great opportunity to do so. You will be amazed.
Finally, there are the DJs, spinning before, during, after the shows. Random's own DJ Copper Top will release her new mixed CD on Vendetta Music at both the Chicago and Columbus shows. She will perform mixes from the CD and have it for sale. Also, DJ Pathogen (Chicago, Pandemic, Neo) will DJ the Chicago show and is known for his amazing knack at blending new and classic industrial, noise, aggrotech, idm, and ebm music. Pathogen is a super supporter in Chicago and comes not just as a great DJ, but also as a great advocate for the scene.
In Columbus, it will litterally be a dark rave with DJ Plague Daddy (Columbus, The Outland on Liberty, and super supporter of the Columbus scene), DJ Krazy Karoline (Random, Indianapolis, and Random's right hand), DJ Sarah Monster (Bowling Green, OH, iNation, and super supporter of the Bowling Green scene), and of course DJ Copper Top, round out our DJ entertainment.
