A community celebration featuring the GO PUBLIC documentary film. On May 8, 2012, 50 crews followed 50 subjects on 28 campuses and captured a day in the life of the Pasadena Unified School District. Exactly one year later, May 8, 2013, we gather as a community to watch this unique documentary that provides a window into the world of our public schools.
6:00PM Pre-film festivities will take place in Paseo's Garfield Plaza. Meet the 50 directors and the 50 subjects they followed. Music provided by the Muir High Jazz Ensemble. Food and drinks will be available for purchase with a % of all sales going to support the Pasadena Educational Foundation.
7:30PM Screening of GO PUBLIC: A Day in the Life of an American School District followed by a brief Q&A with the Producers
