The flavors of Italy are present in this gluten free class. Using traditional herbs, spices and ingredients, we infuse the flavors of many classics without gluten.
Mushroom Risotto - Creamy and rich with ample cheese creates a wonderfully rich dish.
Shrimp Scampi - Garlic, olive oil and herbs help to make this dish flavorful. Rice pasta makes it gluten free.
Gluten Free Bruschetta - Love the cruch of bruschetta? We make ours without gluten. Come and indulge.
Hearty Lentil and Kale Soup - This soup is so rich its virtually a meal by itself.
Panna Cotta - Making a comeback now, this dessert is great to experiment with different flavors and liquors.
