Event Details

Whether you suffer from Celiacs or just looking for a healthier diet, going gluten free can be easy and simply delicious too.  Our recipes will introduce many to a new world of ingredients and recipes.

Asian Noodle Salad - Using yam noodles eliminates wheat and thus gluten.  It has a remarkable chew and texture that satisfies the need for slurping noodles.

Creamy Broccoli Soup - But without any cream or flour as a thickening agent.  Find out about our secret ingredient and forever be praised for this soup.

Potato Croquettes - Crispy, creamy and very satisfying.

Flank Steak with Mushroom Sauce - Whether you are cooking for one or 10, flank steak is easy to prepare and great for sandwiches the next day.

Carrot Puree - This might simply be the tastiest way to eat carrots.....ever.

Angel Food Cake - Light and airy with whipped egg whites and flour substitute.  Using the yolks for some Ice Cream would also be a great thing to do.

Cost is $80  Class begin at 5pm and last approximately 3 hours.
