The theme for this month's cooking class is Gluten-Free! Join Green Vegetarian Cuisine® Chef Mike and Bakery Chef Cece on Tuesday, October 22, 6:30 p.m. in the CIA Cooking Class Kitchen, 312 Pearl Pkwy, 2nd Floor.
Mike and Cece will demonstrate how you can make great gluten-free food. The menu includes:

All dishes prepared will be vegan and gluten-free. All recipes used can be prepared vegetarian or vegan.
During the class you'll receive a meal, drink and recipes.
