If you've always wanted to make beautiful jams using local/regional fruit, here's your opportunity to learn to make them the old-fashioned way, without added pectin: just fruit and sugar. We are coming into the season for jam making, so get yourself ready for enjoyable, small-batch preserving in your own kitchen with help from a jam maker with 46 years of experience! You'll leave with a small jar of jam you've hand-crafted yourself. Extensive handouts and hand-holding provided.
Price includes cost of ingredients and materials.
