Developing your business model early and revising it often to adjust to market and other business climate changes is key to starting, operating and growing a successful business.  This workshop introduces the Business Model Canvas, an easy to use tool that is key to figuring out your business strategy.  Even more critical than a business plan, the business model canvas can help you uncover success strategies and avoid pitfalls.  You will work through a case study with the class and leave empowered to tackle your own business model.
