Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
You may mail information to the GLATA Registration Director at: P.O. Box 436, Crystal Lake, IL, 60069. Or, you can email questions to glataeb@live.com.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. All you need is a picture ID; however, bring proof of registration purchase is always a good idea in case of technological issues.
What is the refund policy?
All refund requests must be made to the GLATA Registration Director via Event Brite or through mail at P.O. Box 436, Crystal Lake, IL, 60039, within 10 days of the conclusion of the meeting. Refund requests not received within 10 days will not be processed. No refunds will be processed on-site. Refunds will be made within 30 days after receipt. There will be a $10.00 cancellation fee.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
The CEU certificate and name badge must match the name on your symposium registration. Please email us at glataeb@live.com in order to edit your registration name.
