The Girls On Good Ground mentor program is presenting a Life Skills focus session on Peer Pressure and Drugs. We'll identify what peer pressure looks and feels like and the ramifications associated with doing drugs. The teens will learn how to positively respond and make the right choices when presented with various situations of peer pressure. We also have a special guest attorney whom will share with the teens about human trafficking dangers and how teens can prevent victimization. Through Girls Show Time a facet of GGG the teens will volunteer this weekend at Project Open Hand where they will package meals for those whom have compromised health problems.
The Girls On Good Ground mentor program consist of teen girls between the ages of 13-17 years old. They meet weekly and the teens: participate in a small group Life Skills study workshop, meet and make new friends, and grow over time in maturity and wisdom needed for everyday living.
Girls On Good Ground is a program of Blessings at the Cross. We look forward to seeing the teens in your life in attendance at this event! Contact us to learn more about GGG. We are serving one of God's greatest treasures, Girls On Good Ground.
