Girls On Good Ground Mentor Program: Respect for Authority Figures

The Girls On Good Ground mentor program is presenting a session on Respect for Authority Figures. The teens will spend time getting an understanding of who are the authority figures in thier lives, learning ways to respect those who are in authority positions, and why they are to give respect to those persons. The importance of respecting those in authority will be explored at it's core to bring the teens into awareness of how respect is earned and why we give it to others. We will also be presenting a Career Focus: Healthcare Professions. This is a teens choice guest.
The Girls On Good Ground mentor program is a Christian faith based program of Blessings at the Cross. The program consist of teen girls between the ages of 13-17 years old. They meet two hours one day a week. They participate in a small group study for one hour with a different focus topic each month and they have a one hour Life Skills focus study component.
