With the deployment of Google Fiber in a number of mid-western cities, the idea has been broached as to when will Google Fiber come to New York.
Silicon Harlem is the uptown meet up of meet ups where people come to network around technology, entrepreneurship, music, arts and culture, social innovation and urban environmentalism.
Gigabit is a term describing various technologies for transmitting data at a rate of a gigabit per second (1 billion bits per second). Gigabit means fast internet!
