Amy Cao is the former Head of Social Media at Foodspotting and previously worked as an editor at ZAGAT. She is a Tumblr Food Editor and the creator of popular YouTube series Stupidly Simple Snacks, an online cooking show for people who can't cook. Amy consults for FiftyThree, The Levo League, and more on social media and community growth strategy. She is working with the Cooking Channel on something new.
