Event Details

Planning for a long bike ride or trip?

Whether riding in a charity "century" (a 100-mile ride) Tour de Cure or the scenic Ride to Montauk, when taking on a route of more than a few hours, many cyclists are unsure of how to prepare for the experience.

Join us at Bicycle Habitat Soho for a free clinic with Coach Henoch Getz and learn best practices for training for distance, tips for training, nutrition and the proper equipment.

RSVP to secure a spot; this class will fill up quickly!
