Ron Weissman has over 25 years of experience in technology investment and management that includes investment in or advisement to more than 60 companies and serving on the boards of more than 25 emerging businesses.
His current investment focus is on software, analytics, SaaS, text technologies and healthcare IT. His most recent angel investments include Care In Sync (healthcare patient management), Practice Fusion (electronic medical records), Trustnode (insurance benefits education), Jbara (customer installed base revenue optimization) and Taulia (dynamic invoicing and payment management).
Ron was one of three industry leaders profiled in the 2003-2006 Price Waterhouse Coopers Technology Forecast. Ron is a Fulbright Scholar and member of Phi Beta Kappa. He serves on the advisory board of Silicon Valley Association of Startup Entrepreneurs (SVASE) and the Venture Capital Task Force.
