Event Details

Smart organizations are turning to content marketing to advance their public affairs strategies. The future of communications lies not simply with media relations or advertising, but with content creation: generating media (articles, images, videos) that your target audiences are likely to consume and share. In this session, our panel of experts will explain why content marketing is a strategy that is here to stay, and show you how your organization can leverage content marketing to build a base of loyal supporters and/or advocates. Then we’ll share tips and tactics for creating quality, shareable content that will increase your organization’s visibility and organic following.

The fee is $35 for NPC members and $45 for non-NPC members. The session will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 10:30 a.m.

The get {smart} series is sponsored by the National Press Club Journalism Institute and Adfero Group.
