Our first outdoor workout in September was a hit so we're having another one early enough in October to enjoy the outdoors before it gets too chilly!
What you can expect:
-To sweat your ass off
-To have a blast
-To pick up some moves you can take with you and use in your own workouts
-To jump, reach, step, laugh, stretch, push, pull, and maybe even shake your booty a little...maybe.
-To meet other awesome women just like you-busy but with an interest in fitness and enthusiasm for being arty of a fun and like-minded community.
What you should bring:
-Your beautiful self
-A bottle of water
-A towel or mat if you're not into touching grass for floor exercises
And that's it! No equipment required, we'll be using our body weight and the great outdoors to work every muscle in your gorgeous body! Please arrive promptly at 10:30am so you don't miss the warm up.
NOTE: Pier 63 Lawn is located in Hudson River Park next to the Skate Park, between 22-24th, closer to the water. It's not visible from the street. My cell is 215.499.7786 if you have any trouble finding us on the day of the workout, please text me :)
**Because large events require a permit and I'm not into bureaucratic processes like that, there are only 25 spots available, so grab yours whlie it's HOT (and available).
