How it works...

  • The RESET CHALLENGE Group will meet in person or via conference call for 30 min every week, starting Sunday Oct 28, 2012 at 6:00 pm MT.  At this meeting, you will receive your 5 Day RESET kit and start the RESET CHALLENGE on Monday, October 29th.  Your $137 ticket includes your 5-Day RESET Kit, 1 Blender Bottle, DVD, tracking sheet, email support and 4 weekly Health Coaching Calls or emails consisting of health, nutrition and Q&A trainings.

  • Your first 5 days of the RESET CHALLENGE will consist of cleansing, or "RESETTING" the body with the 5 Day RESET. At the first meeting (Mon, Jan 2 at 7:00pm MT), you will choose which program is best for you to continue on for the next 4 weeks, Phase I or Phase II, depending on your health & weight goals.   You will track your results on the RESET Challenge Tracking sheet provided via email after registration.

1st conference call will be on Monday, Jan 2nd at 7pm MT for 30 min.  The following  calls will be on Sunday evenings at 7pm MT, starting on Jan 8th.

  • WEEK 1 - Mon, January 2, 7pm MT
    Healthy in 2012 Kick-off call! We will begin the 2nd day of the new year and discuss your motivations & goals, and set intentions for a healthy, fabulous 2012. You will also be choosing Phase I or Phase II - depending on your personal health & weight loss goals.

  • WEEK 2 - Sun, January 8, 7pm MT
    Getting Started with the 5 Day RESET! Tips, strategies, and ideas to jumpstart your RESET Challenge.

  • WEEK 3 - Sun, Jan 15, 7pm MT
    Transitioning to Phase I or II - how to easily incorporate this program into your life. We will also reflect on the positive changes you've already made and learn more about improving your skin & hair, immune system and energy.

  • WEEK 4 - Sun, Jan 22, 7pm MT
    Eating Out, Parties and Traveling - We'll discuss how to keep up your healthy lifestyle no matter where or what situation you are in, such as the best options to choose at restaruants and at social gatherings.

  • WEEK 5 - Sun, Jan 29, 7pm MT
    Exercise & Proper Supplementation - Learn why moderate exercise and proper supplementation are the keys to unlocking your best self. You don't have to be a gym-rat to look fabulous, just follow a few easy guidelines to keep your body in check.

A Typical Day on Phase I
