Silver Spring, United States
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
As nonprofit organizations, we are expected to organize our work in order to effectively accomplish our mission. This requires that board, staff, volunteers, funders, and constituents understand what we do and how we do it. In this interactive session, participants map mission fulfillment in order to turn mission rhetoric into mission reality, clearly articulating the rationale behind the work, and the business model necessary to be sustainable. Begin building the strategic foundation the organization needs in order to be successful in today’s dynamic environment. Participants will leave with tools and strategies that can be used with management teams and boards to focus conversations and decision making on effective and sustainable mission fulfillment. Most Appropriate for Executive & Board Leaders
