Get a taste of DOSA at Macy's!
Saturday, March 17, 2012 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (PDT)
San Francisco, CA
Take a bite of global cuisine with a special cooking demonstration from DOSA, San Francisco's first South Indian restaurant! The dosasimilar to a crepe, made of lentils, rice (no wheat for the gluten-free) and filled with the authentic flavors of Southern India- is one of Asia's great culinary delicacies.
The restaurant uses local ingredients that are organic and sustainable. Don't miss your chance to sample the tantalizing dish that put them on the map! Plus, Dr. Gina Gregory-Burns from Kaiser Permanente will be here to answer questions on incorporating healthful global cuisine into your diet.
This demonstration is sponsored by Kaiser Permanente, serving up good health. Learn more about being healthy at kp.org. Follow Kaiser Permanente SF on Twitter at twitter.com/KPSanFrancisco for future cooking demo details.
