Tasting Menu

Course one: 2 oysters

  • 1: freshly opened oyster with a home mignonette sauce
  • 2: cooked oyster with wine lemon and bacon served over a crostini

Complimented with sparkling wine – TBD or Stella

Course two: Cucumber melon dew gazpacho topped with warm seared scallops

Course three: Squash Blossom Quesadilla

Complimented with white wine TBD or Stella.

Course four: Asparagus, topped with papalo, verdolaga and citrus, with seared shrimp with a sherry vinaigrette

Course five: Tortelloni filled with a pea and mascarpone cheese mousse

Complimented with white wine TBD or Stella.

Intermezzo: Mojito sorbet

Complimented with a Barcardi Superior Mojito

Course six: Dulce de leche parfait

Course seven: Zambaglione with strawberries and cherries compote

Complimented with coffee and or sparkling wine TBD.
