TYPros is thrilled to have Lance Franczyk, Managing Partner at Northwestern Mutual, discuss the topic of "Generations in the Workplace" next Thursday, Nov. 1. Lance will share his experiences and discuss generational workplace issues with the audience - so bring your questions, concerns and comments!

Lance joined Northwestern Mutual as a college intern in 1991 as a student at the University of Colorado and has worked his way up the ranks and across Texas and Oklahoma eventually being appointed the Managing Partner in Tulsa in 2009. In this role, he is charged with growing the territory by building the infrastructure to support the existing Representatives in the office and in attracting prospective clients and representatives to the organization.
Lance holds designations of Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant. He is both a Certified Coach and Certified Trainer along with holding the Series 6, 63, 66, 7, 9, and 10 securities licenses. He was the past President of the Oklahoma City Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and is the President-Elect of the National Association of Financial Advisors – Tulsa. He also is a member of Leadership Tulsa class 42.
Lance resides in Tulsa with his wife Jessica and three sons, Charlie (12) and Phillip (10) and Peter (2). He is an avid sports fan, enjoys water sports, and loves traveling with his family.
