More generations contribute to today's consumer base than at any other time in history. We're currently still serving the Greatest Generation with their retirement needs and the Baby Boomers as they begin to "right-size" their living spaces. In addition, Generation X may be relocating their young families while "Gen Y" may be purchasing their first homes or looking for leases.
The experiences and life stage of each generation creates different expectations, needs and communication methods. We'll discuss how to spot members from each generation so you can taylor each experience for your clients.
