  • Prepared by Executive Chef Agnes Bellet & special guest appearance by Andrew Jackson, General Pakenham and members of the 7th American Infantry Regiment
  • Cocktails in the courtyard followed by five-course wine dinner
  • $149 per person inclusive of tax & gratuity

Appetizer:

House Made Traditional Shrimp Profiterolle

Soup:

Oyster Veloute topped with Cream and Caviar

First Course:

Gulf Fish and Crabmeat Stew in Red Wine Sauce

Entrée:

Slow Roasted Pork Loin Confit with Bacon Pearl Onion Marmalade, served with a Seasonal Vegetable and Potato Provencal

Traditional Cheese Plate (Stilton, Camembert, Cheddar)  with Compote and Fruits

Dessert:

Hazelnut Cake with Chocolate Mousse and Orange Syrup
