Bob Petruska Presentation on Gemba Walks: 7pm

The closer we get to the place where customer value is created the clearer the current situation becomes.  The more we can train our skills at observation and apply a variety of techniques, the more resourceful and valuable we become.  Gemba Walks can help you to discover ways to improve service levels, reduce work in process, and increase profits.  Appreciative leadership is a mindset shift which is needed for us to get the most out of this experience because we have to change the way we think first before we can make changes in our organizations.  Using practical, fun, and engaging techniques our presenter Bob Petruska an ASQ CSSBB CQE will have you laughing and learning at the same time.

Bob works out of Charlotte providing consulting services focusing on rapid improvement events and Kaizen. To learn more visit:  www.BobPetruska.com & Connect via LinkedIn: Bob Petruska
