There are two options for accomodations. Details will be on your confirmation page/ticket AFTER your register. As a general sumary:
(1) Organize with a group of friend collegues to rent a room or ranch house. Reserve the room or ranch house by calling Vikki at 830 367 1445. The ranch will accept ONE credit card per room or ranch house and will not split fees. Roommates must coordinate room sharing. Prices range from $95/room/night (sleeps 4), to $550/room/night (sleeps 16). This option is first come first serve and space is limited.
(2) Rent a BED in a "pot luck" room. Using an invitation link that is on your registration conformation, you can reserve a bed in a shared room. Using this option there is no way to control who your roommate is. Prices range from $25/night/bed to $35/nigh/bed. Space is limited. Reserve early.
