When & Where
Strength After Cancer - Dale Perry & Jennifer Cheng
A program developed by fitness specialist Jennifer Cheng and nurse practitioner Dale Perry, Strength After Cancer is focused on helping cancer survivors create a life of wellness with holistic health support.
Dale is a unique health practitioner, a breast cancer survivor who gained strength and mobility, overcoming muscle weakness and challenges after finishing her cancer treatment. In addition, she had an incidence of lymphedema, producing swelling of her dominant arm. By developing a protocol with Jennifer Cheng using specialized rehab exercises on the PowerPlate system and a post-cancer nutraceutical program, she has been free of lymphedema symptoms for over 7 months.
Strength After Cancer provides wellness for cancer survivors with a special pilot study geared to help breast cancer survivors overcome lymphedema symptoms. We are looking for 30 pilot study participants to help us further develop a protocol to help other breast cancer survivors. If you would like to be an ambassador to help us do outreach to program participants or build our scholarship fund, please contact us!
Strength After Cancer is committed to helping clients and their families create better options for post-cancer wellness care and achieve optimal health for all. Through cutting-edge exercise design, science-based nutritional interventions, and public education, we empower clients to gain strength in their bodies and share their inspiration to impact healthier communities.
