Drunker Than a Skunk, Bill Plympton

Bill is considered the King of Indie Animation and is the only person to hand draw an entire animated feature film. He began his career creating cartoons for New York Times, National Lampoon, Playboy and Screw. In 1987 he was nominated for an Oscar® for his animated short "Your Face". In 2005, Bill received another Oscar® nomination, this time for a short film "Guard Dog". "Push Comes to Shove" another short film, won the prestigious Cannes 1991 Palme d'Or. After producing many shorts that appeared on MTV and Spike and Mike's, he turned his talent to feature films. Since 1991 he's made 9 feature films, 6 of them, are all animated features.

She holds a BFA in Film from School of Visual Arts and an MFA in Screenwriting from Columbia University and is currently a film professor at SVA and the University of Connecticut.

While attempting to spend an idyllic day with her daughter, Lucy's mother becomes distracted by phone calls.  Left to her own devices, Lucy slips into an alternate realm, where dance is the only language, with two mysterious lovers and the outside forces that threaten to disturb their idyllic utopia.

Luke is an actor turned ballet dancer currently dancing with San Francisco Ballet. Samuel is an actor, singer, director and playwright of community theatre in Jacksonville, FL and recently earned a degree in creative writing.  Luke and Samuel have different skills and expertise but as brothers, they have always loved telling stories together.

Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival

The 28th Annual Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival runs Oct 18 - November 11, 2013 in Ft Lauderdale, Hollywood, Sunrise, Pompano Beach and on Grand Bahama Island.  The fest moves to Saint Augustine January 16 - 19, 2014.  There are over 200 films plus a galaxy of parties, cruises, and special events.  Special guests include Ann-Margret, Ed Asner, Tab Hunter, Anna Paquin, Lea Thompson, Aphrodite Jones, Guy Harvey, Jonathan Bird, Pauly Cohen, William Grefe, Jonas Armstrong, Hannah Tointon and Michael Bolton.   FLIFF is the Guiness World Record holder for longest in the world.
