Event Details

Gaming On The Surface is a new event run by NY Game Forum and sponsored by Microsoft to give you a day full of game demos and talks. On November 23rd we will launch our first weekend event highlighting some of the best local Indie games. This fall event will focus on letting our presenters demo their games with a unique opportunity to also play them, talk with the developers and network. We’ll also have a panel on how to monetize and market your games.

Monetizing & Marketing Games Panel

- Moderated by Jesse Freeman, (Microsoft Gaming Evangelist)

- Nate Altschul (Nickelodeon)

- Brad O'Farrell (Can Trip Games)

- Rob Grossberg (TreSensa)

- Giordano Contestabile (Tilting Point)

We will cover everything from crowd funding your game to post launch marketing as well as focus in on what makes a successful game. Most importantly, we’ll also have lots of time for Q&A.

Stay tuned for the full schedule of speakers and event details. Make sure you register early to reserve your spot.
