Boston Bar Association

The Boston Bar Association is the hub of Boston law. With 10,000 members, the BBA provides common ground for attorneys working at global, national, regional, and local  law firms and corporations, at federal and state regulatory agencies, at legal aid agencies, and at law schools. Tracing its origins to John Adams, the 2nd President of the United States, the BBA today gives lawyers a voice in shaping public policy, a wealth of professional development and networking opportunities, and connects them with community service and pro bono initiatives.
