She is currently the Head of Individual and Institutional Operations for TIAA-CREF, a Fortune 100 financial services organization that is the leading retirement provider for people who work in the academic, research, medical and cultural fields.
Leonard Feld, MD, PhD, MMM, FAAP
Dr. Feld is the Sara H. Bissell & Howard C. Bissell Endowed Chair in Pediatrics and Chief Medical Officer at the Levine Children’s Hospital at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte North Carolina, and Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at UNC School of Medicine. He is also Senior Medical Director for the Pediatric Specialties Care Division of the Carolinas Healthcare System Medical Group.
Dace is currently the VP Global Operations and Advanced Manufacturing. He has been with SPX for 8 years and held various positions in Operations. He has a passion for Manufacturing Technology and Operational efficiency. He has designed techniques to increase throughput and improve product quality. He has led teams that reduce product design time by 40 percent, reduced inventory by 30 percent in an uptrend market, and supported the evolution Cost of Poor Quality Program.
Melanie Taylor, MD
Dr. Taylor is a key member of the Superintendent’s Cabinet Team and was a category lead for process management throughout Iredell-Statesville Schools’ Baldrige journey. Her visionary leadership in Curriculum and Instruction helped earn the district recognition as a recipient of the Malcolm Baldrige Award for Excellence in 2008, an i3 Innovation federal grant in 2010 and a Race to the Top District grant in 2012.
