Join the country’s foremost practitioners, thinkers and critics for a discussion on the current state and future of Jewish food in America and for a tasting featuring house made pastrami from Wise Sons (San Francisco, CA.), Kenny & Zukes (Portland, OR.), Saul’s Delicatessen (Berkeley, CA.), and Mile End Delicatessen (Brooklyn, NY).

Tasting of pastrami, smoked meat and pickles from each of the deli panel participants.  Book signing with panelists.
